You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. The Service is intended for educators and adult donors. It is not intended for use by students or minors.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Post misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content on your lists
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a school or program
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data
• Use the Service to solicit donations in violation of your school district's policies

4. List Content

You retain ownership of the content you post on the Service (item names, descriptions, etc.). By making a list public, you grant us permission to display that content on the public list page and in any promotional materials for the Service.

5. Affiliate Links & Monetization

Product links on the Service may be modified to include affiliate tracking. We may earn commissions on purchases made through these links. This does not affect the price paid by the buyer. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details.

6. Purchases & Donations

CompleteShelf is a list-sharing platform, not a marketplace. All purchases happen directly on third-party retailer websites. We are not a party to any transaction between teachers and donors, and we are not responsible for the fulfillment, quality, or return of any purchased items.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. URL scraping and product information retrieval may not work for all websites.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MRBN, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at privacy@completeshelf.com.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which MRBN, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles.
